About

About me

I’ve always been an ambitious kid, excelling in school from the start. But when I entered my PhD program, I realized that ambition alone wasn’t enough. This was the turning point when I started focusing seriously on my career as a passion, my physical health goals, spiritual well-being and my relationships.

You probably just read the quote, ‘Whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re right.‘ When I learned about the power of our beliefs and the subconscious mind, it completely blew me away. I discovered that our brain functions like software, determining the areas in which we excel or struggle. The best part? We can reprogram it to achieve results—either the hard way or the easy way—even in the areas where we once thought we’d never succeed.

Suddenly, I had more time cz I was more focused. I was regular at my workouts more than ever. All my friendships were meaningful. I had more clarity so my relationships with my parents became more intimate. I discovered inspired discipline, being intentional, and the deep connection between the mind, body, and soul.
