Module 1: The Foundation—Belief Systems (Weeks 1–3)
We begin with the root of all change: our belief systems. In these first three weeks, students will dive deep into subconscious programming—identifying the beliefs that empower them and those that hold them back. They'll explore their personal values, strengths, and passions with guided exercises to gain clarity on what truly drives them. When young adults build a strong belief system, they develop a grounded sense of self. This inner foundation makes them more confident, more open to opportunities, and better equipped to influence the world around them. They become go-getters—focused, interview-ready, and deeply aware of what they want. Most importantly, they begin achieving their goals faster because their inner programming now supports, rather than sabotages, their success.
Module 2: Redefining Productivity—Energy Management (Weeks 4–6)
In this module, we challenge the outdated idea that more work equals better results. Instead, we teach productivity through the lens of energy management. Students learn how to optimize their time by caring for their body, mind, and soul. This phase builds awareness around rest, play, and hobbies—not as distractions, but as fuel for sustainable productivity. Through practical tools, they'll understand how meaningful relationships, physical activity, self-care, and joy are essential components of peak performance. They won’t just manage time better—they’ll manage themselves better.
Module 3: Emotional Resilience—Nervous System Regulation (Weeks 7–9)
In the final module, we explore the emotional root of action. Emotions like excitement and calm can drive us forward—while anxiety, fear, and sadness often paralyze us. Here, students will learn tools to regulate their nervous system and shift emotional states intentionally. They’ll begin to understand how emotions influence behavior and learn how to work with their feelings, not against them. Whether that means breaking through procrastination or moving forward despite fear, they’ll develop the emotional resilience needed for long-term success. Because what’s another name for success? You guessed it—consistency. And emotional regulation is the gateway to building that.

Hi, I’m Dr. Arzoo Chhabra. I have a PhD in Organic Chemistry—and for a long time, I did everything “right.” I checked all the boxes, pushed through an intense academic journey, and hit milestone after milestone. But somewhere along the way, I started to feel lost. For the first time in my life, I realized: success on paper doesn’t always feel like success in your heart.
That’s when I worked with a coach who helped me reconnect with myself. I uncovered what was missing: clarity, purpose, and the inner drive that fuels meaningful success—not just external achievement.

What if I need both tutoring and mindset coaching?
You’re in luck! Many of my students work with me for both. We can create a hybrid plan that includes regular tutoring, and regular coaching.
Do you work with students outside the U.S.?
Yes! All sessions are held online via Zoom, so I work with students worldwide.
